Performance HR is a Hampshire-based specialist provider of HR services to small and medium sized organisations across the south of England. As our name suggests, we focus on staff performance. With over 25 years of experience,
Performance HR has worked within the public, private and charitable sectors:

  • meeting operational HR needs;
  • mentoring strategic planning and employee engagement;
  • running recruitment campaigns and staff development programmes;
  • developing in-house staff to take on HR activities.

We recognise that each client we work alongside is unique, with its own culture, way of working and character. Our aim is to help build on this uniqueness so that each organisation can achieve the best performance from every member of their team.

We understand that for start-up, small and medium sized businesses, time is of the essence, and keeping abreast of effective employee administration, legislative changes, recruitment and training can take a back seat.
